I NEED HELP... i messed up when i was downloading creative cloud and now i cant access any apps

for context I downloaded adobe creative cloud with a personal email, and then i went in and bought the 37$ student plan that is supposed to let you access apps like photoshop and premier pro. When i go into the creative cloud app, i can see my login but it still asks me to pay more and buy apps that should be free on my plan. when i go to the website and go to plans>invoivces and order then it says that I have an order of 37$. My bank account shows that I was charged 37$ too. 

This was all wierd but then I went into the admin consle and apparently im an admin?? and a user? maybe it thought I was the school?? in the admin consle it shows that I have bought the plan but it still dosen't let me download anything, it just tries to get me to pay more. 

When I go to products in the admin consle it shows that I have the creative cloud all apps package, but then under quanity it says i have 0 out of 1 lisence. 

It shows the name of my uni at the top of the admin consle, so I know it must recognise the student discount or something, but I can't actually download anything. 

 

if anyone could help me that'd be great, I have no idea what to do

btw, if this happens to anyone else, go to the email and then pick whatever you named your buisness account. then it should let you access the stuff you bought.
