I paid for a subscription for a month, but the applications go for a trial period of 7 days.

Здравствуйте, очень надеюсь, что вы поможете мне решить эту проблему. Я оплатила месячную подписку, но теперь когда я скачала различные приложения фотошопа и монтажа, мне показывает, что у меня пробный период на 7 дней. Почему? Я ведь все оплатила.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if that looks correct, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

if you didn't use the desktop application (from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs), in photoshop click help>sign in, or if that's not clickable, sign out and then sign in (with the same adobe id).
