I subscribe, now Adobe asks me to start a 7 day trial - Help Please

Help Please

 

I have a monthly subscription, however, following a password change I now get asked to start a 7 day trial

 

I use an imac - tried to sign in via Apple Account, this brought the same result

 

How do I contact Adobe/ Resolve this please?
