I unable to cancel my plan as shown on the forum

I would like to cancel my membership. Interestingly all steps showing on forum is not showing on my account. 
And I called with phone number provided, waiting for 1 hour, no response, just song.
Then I used the Chat service, is said service closed. 


Could anyone guide how to close Adobe membership?

You will have to contact Adobe staff to get your subscription cancelled if you are not able to do it yourself. Try the chat option again it works mostly. To contact support see the instructions given at the link below
