I upgrade my account and now I can´t see my old files

I recently upgraded my Adobe account to a paid version after the student version I was working with expired. Now I can’t see the files I had worked on that were saved in the Adobe cloud. I didn’t create a new account, what I did was update the account I was working with.

How can I see my old files?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Was there a gap in time between the school subscription expiring and the new subscription starting?

If more than 30 days:

What happens to my existing files?
You can continue to access your Creative Cloud files on your computer and the Creative Cloud website, subject to a 2-GB cloud storage limit. If you’re over the 2-GB cloud storage limit when you cancel, you have 30 days to move files out of cloud storage.
