Hello,

I recently found out I was being charged by Adobe Creative Cloud for many months maybe even over a year, for over $40 a month. I disregarded it at first because I already have a subscription on one of my credit cards and I thought it was correct, but I only recently realized that I was also being charged on ANOTHER credit card which was not associated with this account/email! I chatted with an agent last night and they were only able to cancel my subscription (which I never received any confirmation by the way). However, they didn't tell me WHAT email that my card was being used on, and the person using this fake email could easily re-subscribe if he has my details! I want find out what email is using my card, get a CLEAR confirmation that my card has been cancelled on it and get a refund. Please help!

I'm looking back and I've been getting charged all the way back since Dec 2017, maybe even before. What the heck.

This seems to mean someone has been using your stolen card details. This is really one for your card issuer: they need to cancel the card, and may be able to refund at least some of this (there is a time limit).
