I wanna cancle my plan

i start pay 04 month, 2019 year.(last year) creative cloud plan. 1 year plan, month by month pay. i use university discount package.

 but this year i am moving another university. 

so, i want cancle my origin plan, and start new plan few month later in another university. i don't want pay this month and + two or three month.

i read all of the help page text, i'm trying. but i still can't find the "cancle the plan or change the plan" menu. i don't know this message helping me, but i don't know how. i can't find fees or anything.

help plz.

Unfortunately, we can’t cancel your plan via this platform.
