Hey, I spoke to one of your representatives to canceled my subscription. It was processed last March 12 "Your Subscription Has Been Canceled - Adobe Case Number  ADB-6245807-N5G9 CRM:08050000000913".

The other day I was charged $29.99, and got an invoice from my email....I never used your products/services. Please process a refund back to my card.
