Hello,
I ended up with two different Adobe accounts, I have the photography plan under one account and Adobe acrobat under the other. I want to move acrobat to the other account but if i cancel that plan I will be charged becasue i am on annual billing. Is there another way ?

Sorry for late reply. But you posted this in Business Catalyst which has shut down and that forum gets no traffic anymore.
You must contact Adobe directly about billing and account matters.
The Photography Plan does not include Acrobat and vice versa. They are two separate plans. Your only option would be to cancel what you have now and sign-up for the ALL APPS plan which includes everything you have now and much, much more.

Hope that helps.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I understand the photography plan doesn't include acrobat. That's not what I am asking about.
I have the photography plan under one login.
I have acrobat under another login.
I want to have both under the same login.
I want to cancel the acrobat subscription from the account its in but if I do I get charged for a full year.
So I want to just move it to the other account without having to pay twice for it.
How do I contact Adobe directly to do this?

Beware that, even if Adobe agree to waive the cancellation fee (it's their choice), they will still have to cancel one or both programs and you will lose all files in Adobe's cloud so be SURE you have copies of everything outside the cloud.
