I want to remove my not paid subscription

I was checking out my free trial subscription and forgot to cancel it. Now i can't pay it because i don't have enough money and I also can't cancel it because I need to pay it first. What can I do?

there's also a problem using chat with a vpn.

You also need to have ad and script blockers disabled, and any anti-tracker needs to be edited to allow cookies.
