you cannot.  you can continue or cancel.

If you have an annual plan (paid in advance or paid monthly) there is no feature to suspend

If you have a monthly plan (NOT the same as an annual plan with monthly payments) you may cancel at any time and not have to pay the fee of 1/2 of your remaining time
