I want to upgrade my plan to a special deal, but it won't let me

Hi,

I currently have the Photography plan and saw a great deal to get the whole suite of apps for only $219.00 for your first year when you pay up-front. I have cancelled my plan like it instructed me to do once I got to checkout, but I still have the plan until the renewal date next month. I would like to upgrade right now; I need the programs for classes.
