Two months ago I downloaded and tried a free trial of Adobe Acrobat, I used the free trial just once. Right after, I deleted the program and never used it again. Today I realized I had a subscription without giving prior consent. As I said, I never used the program, I didn't even have it installed on my computer during the last two months. I think it is very unfair and I want a refund for this. Can you please help me out?
Deleting the program is not the same as cancelling the subscription
To Cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
-or have Adobe support cancel your subscription using the "autoOpen" Chat link below
-Do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining subscription time as a fee
-This is cancelling AFTER the trial converts to paid and BEFORE the end of the subscription
-Not using the program(s) does not mean you do not have to pay
-If you rent a car
you should have paid attention when starting your trial. at this point your only option is to pleas for sympathy from adobe support.

I have been charged 20USD a month for the last two months. And when I tried to cancel the subscription, they want me to pay 99USD for an ''anticipated cancellation''. I want my money back and get rid of this unsolicited subscription asap.
