I was overcharged despite student plan – how do I contact support?

New Here ,

Hi,
I’ve been on the student plan for Creative Cloud, which clearly states the price is $19.99/month for the first year. However, I just noticed I’ve been charged almost 4x that amount recently, without any warning or notification.

I’m still a student and signed up under the student/teacher plan, as shown in the attached screenshot.
I’ve been on the Adobe site for over 15 minutes and honestly can’t figure out how to contact someone for billing support – there's no clear email or ticket form.

Can someone from Adobe PLEASE assist me or direct me to the proper place to open a support case?
This charge is not justified and needs urgent review.

Thanks,
Maya

Special pricing is generally valid only for an year and then it increases. However, 4x increase is something that I don't anticipate. Look at the article below it may help understand the charge

To contact Adobe support you can find the chat icon at the bottom right of the Adobe website.

Thanks for reaching out, @mayar94722680.

I looked into your account details and found that you have an active subscription for Adobe Illustrator since May 11, 2025.

This has not been purchased under Student discount and this is the reason you have been charged the regular price.

If you wish you can discuss the details with our support team here: https://adobe.ly/453brz6

I hope it helps.
