I purchased a creative cloud May 16 2019 with my personal email address but I have a bechance account that I previously had opened with a gmail email address. Recently they seem to be getting crossed as I sign in with my adobe id and the gmail account takes over and I can't open my work and I am asked to start a trail version. please help
