Moin, ich möchte mein Abo kündigen, in der Anleitung steht das auch wunderschön drin. Aber: es öffnet ich nicht das passende Fenster.

Wenn ich dann auf Kontakt gehe und "chat mit echten Menschen" anklicke, kommt nix. Ich will den Kram nicht mehr und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, mit Adobe in Kontakt zu treten. Was kann ich tun?
