If I change my plan, will I lose my Portfolio files and have to redo years of work?

I currently have an Adobe Portfolio plan. If I upgrade to a full Creative Cloud plan (paying a bit more for it), will I be able to cancel my Portfolio-only plan since Portfolio is already included in the full plan? Also, what happens to my current Portfolio layout and files? Will they be lost or will they be preserved?

yes, changing plans will avoid any penalty you might have for early cancellation of your portfolio plan. follow
