today i was going to log back into illustrator but it said that my trial expired but when i go into the creative cloud it says otherwise so i'm confused on why this is happening to me and if it can get resolved

I'm not sure whether you're saying that you were using a trial, and it ran out (early?) or if you had a subscription but it's wrongly saying it's a trial? Or something else?
