Impossibilité d'arreter un abonnement suite à la perte d'un compte ET de son mail.

Bonjour,

 

Je viens d'arrêter l'abonnement de ce compte (je n'utilise presque plus adobe), mais me suis rendu compte que je paye un deuxieme abonnement sur un ancien compte pro, auquel je n'ai plus accès, avec ma carte bleu personnel. L'entreprise en question n'existe plus...

 

Je suppose qu'un remboursement n'est pas possible (et c'est bien dommage), mais est-il possible d'arreter cette abonnement sans le compte, via la CB ?
