My son signed up to adobe cloud 2.5 years ago using my credit card and has tried to cancel it a number times (over 18 months ago) but the bills keep coming through). I have copies of the correspondence that states the account has been cancelled but I can't log in (don't have the account details) so I don't know how to get customer service support. Very frustrating and expensive ( expect a full refund for the false charges).

This is not contacting Adobe. WARNING: scammers may not contacting you promising they can fix it, and could make your problems much worse. Indeed, check the correspondence is genuine. Only the account holder can get support; if you choose to provide a card number to the card holder, they are in control of both card and account. So you can assist, but not make contact in your own right. (If your son is a minor the situation may be different).
