Incorrect debiting to bank account

Dear Adobe Support Team or anyone in the community who can help,

I'm reaching out because I’ve noticed an ongoing monthly incorrect debit on my account. I haven’t been able to find another way to get in touch with Adobe customer support, so I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

Could anyone advise on how I can request a refund for this ongoing incorrect charge?

more than one subscription?

PS. The Adobe Invoice & Billing history logs show only one charge, but my bank logs show two debits to Adobe/mnth.

is the money removed twice from your account each month.  ie, your balance decreases by twice as much as it should?
