Do you wish to cancel the subscription?

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

Hi!
Yes, unfortunately the new cost is too high for me at the moment. I no longer use the programs for profit, only as a hobby, so it doesn't make sense. I wanted to cancel myself, but the Adobe system charged me a financial penalty for breaking the contract, so I held off and am looking for other solutions.

what other solutions?
you can cancel, or not cancel.

I understand. Since it is an annual subscription, there may be some early termination fee if you can cancel it before time. You can always turn off auto renewal by following this article: https://adobe.ly/3G9WT6g
I hope it helps.

i don't see how that's helpful other than reinforcing the fact users cannot stop auto-renewing unless they cancel their subscription.

Thank you for your answers, the problem is that I was not asked to agree to the new price, but the subscription was automatically extended on new terms that do not suit me. That is why I want to complain about it and cancel the subscription without paying a penalty, because I do not consider it appropriate.

i understand, but adobe probably feels differently. your only hope is to persuade an adobe employee. ie, my understanding is irrelevant.
