Hi
I am trying to retrieve an invoice for an online purchase (from Adobe) under my account's "Orders & invoices" history.
When I click on "View invoices" next to the specific purchase order, it comes up empty.
Can someone please advise how to get a copy of this invoice?
Unfortunately no success via the support bot and no response when being connected to an agent by the bot.
Regards
Louis

If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
Please do not share any personal/confidential information like email ID, bank details, etc here. This is a public forum.
Hope the information was helpful to you. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Sincerely,
Rashmi Swain

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
