Hi, I don't want to use a credit card, how do I get a invoice so that my employeer can pay for adobe?

Your employer will need to subscribe under the Teams & Enterprise method and then allow you access to their subscription.

this could be problematic for your employer if they pay for your subscription.  the employer should subscribe with a teams or enterprise subscription per @thejanebradbury or use an individual subscription that the employer controls.  otherwise, there will be problems in the future.
