Invoiced 3 times for Photoshop!!!

I have already paid my subscription for PS on the 31:st of Jan 2022!!  so why do they ask 3 times to pay yet again??...whats going on?

I'm an AD working on design and really havent got the time for all this!

 

Anybody else with this issue?

You say that Adobe "asked" you to pay again. But they don't do that, even if you don't pay. I think someone is trying to scam you. I have heard of this scam.

The trouble is that when writing to adobe all you get is a "virtuell-assistant"  and its impossible to have a chat with

some out of space being!!

Its impossible to actually get in touch with Adobe and explain anything! very bad!

If you connect to the chat and the automated virtual assistant cannot help, type AGENT

(just that word) which says you need help from a human.

No, I don't know how anyone would guess.
