Hi. Last week my school send to me vpn program for adobe ı downloaded global protect vpn program for my school but didn't use it and ı deleted that program. After that ı bougth adobe accoun via credit card. But when ı open the program ı stay face to face with the ıp and vpn error please help me about that.

#1 We can't help you with your school's plan.  You must contact your school's IT dept for assistance.  

 

# 2 I'm confused why you bought another plan on top of your school's plan.  You should probably cancel the second plan before the 14 day grace period expires.
