Is it possible to buy a second CC account?

Hi, I need another account to use at the same time some adobe sw. Actually I own a CC, if I pay for another CC using the same email can I do it?

As far as I know, it is one account per email address for the regular account

If you're a small business owner with multiple content creators, you should look at a Teams plan instead of individual plans.

Thank you for posting your query. 

I would like to inform you that Using one email address you may install and activate Creative Cloud products on maximum 2 devices. Hence if you purchase another Subscription using the same email address, you cannot activate the product on a 3rd device using the same email address and you will start receiving error for maximum activation limit reached. 
You may consider assigning 2 licenses to 2 email addresses so that you can use the product in more than 2 computers at a time. And you can use the file collaboration feature in Creative Cloud to work on the same projects from multiple devices and from different email addresses.
