I am a customer from Russia.
Adobe refuses to sell me a subscription for the next month and at the same time bombards me with messages that I have to pay for a subscription.
I want to cancel my subscription because I don't have any other cards besides Russian ones. Chat with employees does not open on any links. Getting to people in this company is simply impossible.
I am extremely upset by this situation. If you refuse to accept my payment information, please cancel my subscription, what's th problem?

Use the link given below, it will automatically open up the chat window. Make sure you have ad/script blockers disabled and also see if you have any firewall, disable it as well if the other stuff does not resolve the problem. Changing browser/network/machine might also help sometimes.
