I need to speak to a real person at Adobe to resolve issues with my account. Payment for my subscription to Creative Cloud is up to date, but I cannot sign in. There is no REAL help available online. If anyone can provide a contact number, please let me know.
Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign into your Adobe account first): https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window. Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
Open CC Desktop App. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date." Click on your Avatar again. Sign-out of Creative Cloud. Close all apps. Restart your computer. Open CC Desktop app. Click your Avatar. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
