ISSUE W C ADOBE CONTACT AND CHANGING BACK TO STUDENT SUBSCRIPTION

Adobe changed me back to a full-fee subscription after my student status ran out (even though I am still a student). I was told to verify my student status which I have, and then told to contact Adobe Support with changing back again to an education subscription. I can find no contacts and the virtual assistant on the support page leads me in circles.

Can anyone direct me to an email or phone number to get this issue resolved? I cannot even change my plan via the 'manage plan' page on my profile - it says it cannot process this. Pls!!

Hi @ameliesadleir ,

I reviewed the account you used to post here and found that you are currently subscribed to an Individual subscription for Creative Cloud for all apps. I will move this post to the Account, Payment, and Plan team for further assistance.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
