I purchased a nearly new computer. The previous owner had a free trial of Photoshop and Lightroom on it which had expired. I signed up for a free trial, gave adobe my cc number to automatically charge me at the end of the trial period for a one year access to Creative Cloud. When I downloaded the 2020 versions from the email I received from Adobe, they overwrote the previous versions on this computer but when I try to open one of the programs I get a message that says my free trial has expired. I would just like to get past the free trial and fire up the paid one. Help please??
