issue with purchase adobe illstrator

HI,

 

I am unable to purchase Adobe Illustrator software via adobe website, though i have credit card it is saying error.

Hi @harish0101 

What is the error message you are getting when you try to purchase? A screen shot may help, but redact personal information.

  • If you live in certain countries, you may need to go through a reseller. Which country are you in?
    You can try https://adobedealreg.secure.force.com/PartnerSearch and use the filters on the left for your country if that is the issue.
  • Have you called your credit card company to see why the sale was stopped? What did they say?

  • This is vague. What happened (exactly) when you tried to use the chat icon for customer care?
