i am from turkey. Transactions do not go to the bank. And when you contact support they say contact your bank. My father works in the bank and no transactions come to the bank. I also tried this process on another computer and with someone else's cards. 6 of us wanted to buy it but we can't, we all experienced the same problem. Support does not help in this regard and there is no transaction made to the bank. Why people in turkey cannot buy premiere pro ?

While I understand there might be an issue with the purchase, however, Adobe Firefly is also a part of the All apps plan that you have purchased.

But Adobe Firefly Standart plan and Creative Cloud Adobe Firefly doesn't have the same advantage. Adobe Firefly standar has unlimited image generation. Bu CC Adobe Firefly has limited generations depend on my creative credits.

Hacer, sorry for any confusion, have you used a tried using credit card offered by another bank?
Did you contact the bank themselves, or your father to confirm that the card you are using allows online transactions from Adobe? ^JW

Please stop asking different method of payment. Just please.
YES. We have tried at least 4 different method of payment. 4 different debit and/or credit cards. We have tried on PC and ipad. We have tried on Chrome, Opera, Safari. 4x2x3=24. We have tried 24 possibilites but Adobe doesn't ACCEPT PAYMENTS from Turkiye.
If you want to help us, you have to accept and define the problem which is already on your side. If you don't accept your own problem, this problem can't be solved. We want to use licenced Adobe products.

Here is the problem and solution.
Problem: Adobe is blocking your account due to several unsuccessful payments.
Fact: If your account is blocked, it is useless to switch bank or credit card.
Solution: Contact to Adobe customer services, kindly ask them to check your account and unblock it.
