It is not possible to cancel an Adobe account and a free trial

I have been trying to cancel my Adobe account for several days, but it is not possible. I really don't understand the procedure when the "delete account" button disappears from the menu. There is a message saying that I have to edit my payment information, but I wanted to cancel the Free plan and cancel the account because I found a cheaper program... Is this ethical at all? I simply don't have other payment data available, I wanted to cancel the free trial in time, and now what should I do? Do you want my money for a program I don't use? The virtual assistant does not help, and I have not find an e-mail to the customer center anywhere.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
