IT WONT LET ME BUY ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD EVEN THO I HAVE THE MONEY i tried buying it on diffrent ancount but the same messge keeps poping up

i even try useing my apple pay on my phone witch had 60 dollors on it and the same messge pop up, if some one can help that would be nice

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

ok i have tryed buying adobe creative cloud on muiptle diffrent devices and adobe acounts but nothing is letting me buy it i have spook with many diffrent people but they were not able to help me

for others, not all countries have the same payment options and not all users have accepted payment options. eg, i don't believe you can use paypal unless you are in the usa.  i don't know if something like that is affecting the op, but without the op being more forthright, that's my best guess.
