j'étais facturé alors que j'avais résilier avant la fin de la période d'essai

Bonjour,

 

A défaut de trouver comment contacter le service clients, je vous écris ici afin de vous informer que j'ai été facturé d'un montant d'abonnement alors que j'avais résilié ce dernier avant même la fin de la période d'essai.

Je vous demande alors par la présente de bien vouloir solutionner cette situation au plus vite.
