Jak zrušit předplatné?

Dobrý den.

Dcera si založila účet a aktivovala zkušební verzi Photoshop. Photoshop nešel ani instalovat, nepřišel žádný e-mail. Účet u Adobe byl zrušen a dnes se chtěla strhnout platba z účtu. Předpokládala jsem, že když je účet zrušen, a nemáme ani žádný e-mail o aktivaci Photoshop, tak že se to prostě nepovedlo. Nebudu přeci platit, za něco co ani nejde a nevyužívám.

Poradí někdo jak zrušit to předplatné?

Je to můj podnikatelský účet. Přišel požadavek a já jej zamítla, jelikož jsme si mysleli, že je to zrušené...když byl zrušen i ten účet ze kterého to bylo ne/úspěšně aktivováno. V ten den jsem napsala sem do fóra.

Děkuji 🙏 To všechno jsem kontrolovala. Problém je v tom, že se mi to předplatné nikde nezobrazuje, není vidět..... Nemám ani email s potvrzením objednávky trial verze, ani e-mail ohledně započetí placené verze Photoshop. Prostě nic. Jen se chce z účtu strhávat platba, ke které nemám žádný podklad. Jsem v koncích, nevím jak řešit. Když dám na účet peníze, tak se platba strhne.... 

Jak dlouho se pokouší strhávat platbu? A když se nepovede zanikne to? Prostě nevím...

Zkoušela jsem i na telefonu i na notebooku... Apple, Dell, Motorola, Infinity, iPad.... Prostě nic. Jen mi pořád chodí SMS z banky o zamítnutí platby Adobe, ke které nemám žádný podklady, takže nemůžu řešit....

Prostě jsem zablokovala kartu. Jak zrušit předplatné na Photoshop ale opravdu nevím....tak snad vidí, že to nemáme ani instalované a že to není používané....nebo ne

I can confirm that there are no recent purchases or subscriptions under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please work with someone locally who can click on https://adobe.ly/3WtiYSW and can reach a human. You may even want to check with your local library and work with their help desk.

Děkuji. Mě by stačila třeba emailová adresa, kde mohu řešit. Ale všude jen automat. Nemám žádná potvrzení o trial verzi, o aktivaci, jen mám požadavek na inkaso z účtu 😵💫

Zdravím. Mám podobný problém jako má Alice_0970. Zkoušel jsem trial verzi a ve zkušební době jsem předplatné zrušil a odinstaloval Photoshop. I přes to mi už několik plateb bylo strženo. Adobe se chová stejně jako podvodná zlodějská firma, kterou již nikomu nemohu doporučit. A tokový problém nemám jen já sám. Vím o více lidech. Zvažujeme podat hromadnou žalobu k Evropskému soudnímu dvoru.
