Je n'arrive pas à résilier période évaluation

Bonjour,

 

J'ai voulu faire un essai de la suite adobe et j'ai opté pour la version d'évaluation de 7 jours le mercredi 17 janvier 2024. J'ai dû renseigner mes coordonnées bancaires pour pouvoir faire cet essai.

Je souhaite résilier avant la fin de période d'essai de 7 jours (soit avant le 24 janvier) mais je n'y arrive pas : je n'ai reçu aucun mail de confirmation le 17 janvier d'ailleurs, alors que j'ai bien accès aux logiciels depuis.

J'ai essayé d'aller dans Formules/commandes mais rien n'apparaît, je vous joins une capture écran

Pouvez-vous m'aider svp ?

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Bonjour et merci de la nréponse ! mais moi je ne parle que le Mongol du sud-ouest et comme je nne sais répondre qu'en Français ! ça fait 1 jour v1/2 que je nage pour résilier mon éssai gratuit de 7 jours ! je ne savais pas nque le pôle nord était si loin...

Par pitié et pour m'éviter de sauter du 34 eme ,étage... je voudrais me désinscrire et annuler mon essai gratuit pour me permettre d'attendre début septembre et demander à mon foursseur d'effectuer la manoeuvre avec teamwiver ce qui me libèrera du temps et de l'argent pour mes petits enfants !!!
