Je veux fusionner deux comptes Adobe

Bonjour,

J'ai un compte Adobe avec Photoshop, formule prépayée à l'année, et un autre compte Adobe avec avec Premiere Pro avec aussi sa formule prépayée à l'année.
Mon problème: lorsque je veux utiliser les deux logiciels en même temps ce n'est pas possible, je dois par exemple fermer Photoshop pour ensuite me déconnecter de mon Creative Cloud Desktop et me reconnecter sur mon autre compte, pour enfin pouvoir utiliser Premiere pro, et inversement.
Est-il possible de faire basculer une formule sur mon autre compte Adobe ? Sachant que c'est le même compte bancaire et donc la même carte bancaire qui a payé les deux formules Photoshop et Premiere Pro.

you can cancel one account, and keep the other one.  to do that,

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam.

If I cancel an account Adobe, I will lose Photoshop or Premiere Pro. It doesn't work in my favor

you'll cancel one of your accounts (losing one of those apps), and then add to the other account (replacing the temporarily lost app).
