I just purchased an Adobe CC Plan, but I am unable to access my account.
When trying to log in, I receive a message stating that there was no account associated with this e-mail address.
I am 100% sure I am using the correct e-mail, as I am using a password manager to store my credentials. I even tried other e-mail addresses I have, but no luck either.
I am very dissappointed about this, especially since I can see that I already payed for the first month when I check my PayPal account. I really needed this weekend to get started with Adobe, but this is unacceptable. And I am unable to reach someone from the hotline or live chat aswell, as they are not available on saturdays.
My only hope is for someone from this forum to help me out here, so if you have any ideas for what I can try, I'd be really happy to receive some help 🙂
