• Hallo zusammen.

Kann mir jemand sagen wie ich mein Abo kündige ohne 130€ dafür zahlen zu müssen. Finde das wirklich krass, dass man dafür eine Gebühr in dieser Höhe verlangt! Wäre super wenn mir da jemand weiter helfen könnte.

The cancellation fees is as per the terms and subscription you agreed to when you signed up for the plan. For the future I would advice you to really pay attention to terms and subscription before you buy something. Anyhow, now that we are in this situation, the only viable option left is to contact support and let them know your issue, they will provide you the best possible resolution available. To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
