Hi Adobe. I have tried several times to cancel my account because I now have a paid school account as a bps graphic arts teacher. Yet somehow I’m still being charged.

I can’t seem to get PayPal to block it so I think what is going on is I have some account on an old email.

How do I locate the problem?

check your account to verify your subscription, email, payment method etc is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if that fails to allow you to correct the problem, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)
