Probeabo wurde wie gewollt automatisch verlängert und die Kreditkarte abgebucht. Dennoch habe ich keinen Zugang zu Lightroom und der Creative Cloud und es zeigt an das ich kein Abo abgeschlossen habe... Muss schon sagen das ich mehr von Adobe erwartet hatte, mein erster Eindruck ist zum weinen... Am Wochenende hilft dir dann auch nur ein unnützer KI Chatbot und du kannst warten bis die dann wieder Zeit haben unter der Woche...

Thank you for the time you took to write this help.

 

But why should I waist my time with this for a already paid subscription? It does not even show a valid subscribtion in my profile... also after log off and log in.  I paid this on the 8th of january, so if adobe does not want to lose a new customer they better give me a free month back. I will reinstall the software tomorrow even dough I think this will not help. Afterwards I try to get in contact with them via this useless Chatbot

if https://account.adobe.com doesn't show your subscription, you either don't have a subscription (ie, check to see if your bank has been charged) or you're using an adobe id that doesn't match your account's id.
