Kein Support mehr?

Gibt es etwa keinen persönlichen Support mehr? Auf der Hilfe-Seite wird noch dafür geworben, aber jetzt findet man nur dieses Forum? Ganz schöne Unverschämtheit bei den Preisen, die Adobe so aufruft. Habe nur eine Lightroom-spezifische Frage, die ein Experte sicherlich schnell beantworten kann – und jetzt muss ich mich aber mit einem Forum herumschlagen??? Wo bekomme direkt von Adobe Hilfe??
