Kein Upgrade bei Foto-Abo möglich?!

Hallo zusammen, ich nutze das Foto-Abo (20GB) welches ich per Prepaid bezahlt habe. Mein Abo läuft noch bis zum November 2021. Nun möchte ich eventuell auf das komplette Abo upgraden. Dies wird mir aber nicht angezeigt. Ist ein Upgrade bei einem Abo welches per Prepaid bezahlt wurde nicht möglich?

Contact Adobe Customer Care via online chat. You will need to cancel your current subscription first which carries a 50% early termination fee before you can subscribe to the All Apps Plan.  Ask the Customer Care agent to waive the cancellation fee for you.

 

1. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below.

2. Scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.
3. Click the chat icon. Online chat is available in English 24/7.
4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
5. Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.
