l'abbonamento è attivo ma dice che è scaduto

Ciao a tutti, non riesco ad accedere ai programmi perchè mi dice che l'abbonamento è scaduto, ma scadrà a novembre. Il servizio clienti non è riuscito a fare niente e non risponde più. Sapete cosa consigliarmi? Grazie
