Our users are receiving notifications that their Adobe has expired, but they can continue to use it for 7 days.
When I log in to the Adobe Portal, it tells me they are set to auto-renew 10 May.
Our account manager is Adobe Systems CVG, but absolutely no response there.
What is going on here?
