I have an adobe account that is paid for a full year, paid in June. but today when I tried to start premiere it just says "You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator." and when I log in to the adobe website and try to start a chat it just says "Please contact your administrator for help.
A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help." and when I try to log in as admin it just says "We're sorry
You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator." PLEASE HELP

If you tried all the standard solutions (which we have no idea which ones), contact support over chat.

The standard solution is usually, log out log in restart the computer, update all drivers and check the console for error messages. To chat with Adobe with your account you need to have admin access (which I don't have and would like help with) and that's why I'm making a request here

It seems that you have a CC for Teams license rather than a CC for individuals license.
To get admin access you need to contact the admin but he/she will probably not give it to you. Since you seems to not be the admin you won´t get help here to get admin access. Contact the admin to sort it out.

@hampus_6946 check your account, https://account.adobe.com
what's it show?
eg, any payment problems,?
more than one subscription?
only the plan(s) you want?
does it show an individual subscription?

Hampus, sorry that you are unable to access the Adobe applications that were previously provided to you. I do see that you have an active subscription for Adobe Express, but that Adobe App access has been disabled. Please contact your organization's Creative Cloud plan administrator to regain access. You can find information on how to sign in with the account that has access to Adobe Express at https://adobe.ly/4nQ1hrr. ^JW
