I haven't seen a license denied message before. Did you buy the program directly from Adobe or from an authorized reseller? There have been quite a few people lately who have discovered that the vendor they purchased their Adobe product from was illegally reselling OEM licenses.
This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
