License expires to soon

Hello!

I have a student license which I purchased and activatied on the 6th of november. Now it says that it expires next week, so the 5th of July. That's less then a year while I paid for year. How can I fix this? I don't know what to do...

Oh I see it says it is already expired today, but I can use it for one more week. Now I here my roommate has the same problem so what is going wrong?
